Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled 3 days or more before arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of $10.00 per night of reservation. (Not to exceed one night rate)
  • If canceled 2 days or less before arrival date, the cancellation fee is one night’s rate. Holidays: the cancellation fee is two nights rate, if reservation is more than one night.
  • No Shows will be charged the full amount of reservation. The site will be held until check-in time (1 p.m.) on the following day, then canceled and payment will be forfeited.
  • NO REFUND ON EARLY DEPARTURES
  • NO CHECK-IN’s ALLOWED AFTER 10PM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL (Start of Quiet Hours)
